Dr. Seltzer will examine your existing program for areas that could be improved or help you start a program if you are not exercising and would like to be.

If you want, Dr. Seltzer will craft an individualized exercise program based on your goals and preferences that will fit into your lifestyle as seamlessly as possible
– While Dr. Seltzer supports any safe exercise program that somebody enjoys, he strongly believes that a progressive resistance training program should form the backbone of every training program when the goal is optimal health.
